- Discerning the Key “Three Steps”: Chorus Consulting Offerings typically start with a focus on what are the key “three steps” to maximize impact. Whether Insight, Action and Outcome (for Account Growth) or Insight, Value, Quality (for Proposal Improvement). Pinning down the three vital steps to solve the business issue is a key dynamic of Chorus Consulting.
- 12-18 Month Focus (Strategy with a small “s”): Chorus Consulting does not focus on broad, long term strategy. The focus is on practical strategies that can be implemented rapidly for noticeable results. 12-18 months is a sweet spot to drive measurable action and results.
